CLIENT OPERATIONS ANALYST

Brookstone Management is a leader in residential and commercial property preservation, Real Estate Owned, and Single/Multi-family rental management solutions and is currently experiencing rapid growth. We’re seeking a CLIENT OPERATIONS ANALYST with strong attention-to-detail, that is self-starting, and possesses a desire to learn and grow in their role as CLIENT OPERATIONS ANALYST

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage property preservation as needed in accordance with investor/insurer requirements

• Monitor vacant/damaged properties within your assigned properties and take appropriate action

• Reviewing vacant properties to ensure bids are obtained for all required work

• Submit over-allowable bids for decisioning

• Issuing work orders upon bid approval

• Monitor HUD insured properties and work towards conveyance condition. Request extensions as needed.

• Coordinate the eviction process on select properties

• Reviewing internal requests, general inquiries, providing all necessary data to support what is requested

• Communicating with clients via phone and email regarding property statuses

• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in default mortgage servicing and/or property preservation
• In-depth knowledge of insurer/investor requirements
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in P260, Hometracker, and PAID
• Good analytical, written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities at a time
• Excellent computer skills with proficiency using Windows 10
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in results driven environment
• Strong organization skills with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
• Ability to display a sense of urgency, accountability, and ownership
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
