Client Operations and Strategic Growth Manager

Client Strategy / Programme Manager role in a top global law firm. London based with hybrid working (3 days in the office). Strong emphasis on data and analysis. Competitive salary.

This global law firm, with a great culture and progression opportunities, is looking for a Client Strategy Manager to lead on the relationship and deliver strategic programmes to a key account. The team is recruiting two roles, one focusing on an FS client and one focusing on a tech client.

The role will shape the account, working with raw data to identify problems and then deliver a range of processes and programmes for the client. Examples of past projects include:

• Launching bespoke client landing pages and virtual agents;
• Delivering a range of process optimisation workshops;
• Working through raw data to identify timesheet misalignment;

And day to day, the role will involve reporting (and building Power BI dashboards, where needed). As well as managing processes for quarterly billing, matter intake and secondments etc. The role will essentially combine the elements of key account management, billing and legal project management.

The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis and programme management experience. As well as experience of managing key accounts. The firm is happy to consider candidates from global accountancy / consultancy firms. Exposure to either FS or tech clients would be highly desirable.
