Location: South Jersey (remote with occasional on-site requests)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Pay: $25.00 per hour

About the Role

AGM Roofing & Renovations is looking for a sharp, organized Part-Time Client Operations Coordinator to run the morning shift as the central hub of our business. You'll be the first voice customers hear, the person keeping our sales pipeline moving, and the connective tissue between leads, clients, and ownership. If you like variety, fast decisions, and being the person who keeps everything on track, this is a great fit.

What You'll Do

Call Management (8:30 AM start)

• Take over all inbound business calls from the General Contractor (GC) at 8:30 AM sharp
• Answer calls professionally, route urgent field issues immediately, and field project inquiries
• Hand call routing back to the GC at 12:30 PM sharp

Sales & Pipeline Follow-Up

• Log new leads immediately
• Follow up by phone, text, or email on open estimates and unexecuted contracts (roofing, siding, kitchens, bathrooms, basements)
• Flag hot objections or urgent client issues to ownership right away

Permit Tracking

• Track the status of pending municipal building permits across South Jersey jurisdictions

Lead Generation & Community Engagement

• Search Facebook and local community groups for people posting about roofing, siding, kitchen, bath, or basement needs; engage as an AGM representative and log leads

End-of-Shift Reporting

• Call ownership daily with the headlines: signed contracts, estimate updates, new leads, and any issues
• Send a short recap email covering calls handled, contracts progressed, and leads sourced

What Success Looks Like

• 100% on-time call handoff, both directions
• Every estimate at the two-day follow-up mark contacted within the shift
• Daily lead sourcing activity logged into Excel / Jobber
• A recap email and check-in call, every single shift

What We're Looking For

• Strong phone presence and people skills (you're comfortable being a voice of the company)
• Highly organized and self-directed; able to manage several moving pieces in a single morning
• Comfortable using Excel or CRM/scheduling software (Jobber experience a plus, not required)
• Active on social media and comfortable engaging as a business representative
• Reliable and punctual. This role runs on tight time windows
• Spanish speaking is a plus++

• Pay: $25/hour
• Hours: ~20 hrs/week, Monday–Friday mornings
• Start Date: Flexible / to be discussed
