Client Operations Senior Analyst

Job Overview

We are looking for a Client Operations Senior Analyst to support media and finance teams across a portfolio of agencies by managing critical functions within the media billing lifecycle. This role is responsible for ensuring operational accuracy, vendor compliance, media authorization tracking, auditing processes, and supporting stakeholders throughout the billing cycle.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, finance-related experience, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a dynamic agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support media and finance teams throughout the media billing and reconciliation lifecycle.
• Perform audits and quality reviews of operational and billing processes.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with vendor requirements and internal procedures.
• Track media authorizations and billing-related documentation.
• Assist with reporting activities and billing cycle management.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and operational issues.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to client and agency standards.
• Provide operational support and guidance to junior team members when required.

Required Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher).
• Previous experience in Finance, Accounting, Billing Operations, Media Operations, Client Operations, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or related functions.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience managing billing processes, reconciliations, audits, compliance reviews, or operational reporting.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in an agency, media, finance, or shared-services environment.
