Role Overview

We are looking for a professional with strong client communication and exception-handling skills to support Workspend operations for a client. The role involves managing email communications and resolving queries from client stakeholders, including Group Heads and their Direct Reports (DRs).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client queries and email communications professionally and promptly.
• Handle exceptions, escalations, and non-standard requests effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Prioritize requests based on urgency and business impact.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and maintain high standards of accuracy and service quality.

Required Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in client stakeholder management and exception handling.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to interact confidently and professionally with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook and Excel.
