Client Partner

16TWO is looking for a Client Partner to support project management, client servicing, and content-driven digital campaigns. Key Responsibilities  :

• Assist in client communication and coordination, ensuring projects run smoothly.
• Help manage timelines, tasks, and deliverables for multiple projects.
• Contribute to content ideas and execution; think of social media posts, reels, stories, and engaging brand content.
• Work with internal teams (creative, strategy, media) to bring campaigns to life.
• Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates (TikTok, Instagram, X/Twitter, Meta, Xiaohongshu, YouTube).
• Help with community management, respond to comments, engage with audiences, and keep brands relevant.
• Track campaign performance and assist in reporting key insights.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications and nurturing strong relationships.
• Coordinate project execution, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, technical) to develop and implement campaigns across digital, video, and web platforms.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, providing updates to clients and teams.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to improve campaign outcomes.
• Contribute to proposals, progress reports, and post-campaign evaluations.
• Handle multiple projects at once, ensuring consistency and strategic alignment.

What We're Looking For :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in project management and client servicing, ideally in a creative or digital environment.
• A good understanding of social media platforms and trends & if you’ve created content before, even better!
• Strong written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for digital marketing, storytelling, and brand building.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communications, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in digital marketing, video production, website development, or social media management is a plus.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
• Willingness to work extended hours and travel if required.
