About the Role

We are looking for a proven FinTech Sales Hunter to drive new business growth across the Banking, Payments, Lending, Mortgage, and Financial Services sectors. This is a high-impact role focused on winning new enterprise clients, building executive relationships, and closing large technology and digital transformation deals. The role is based on the responsibilities and qualifications outlined in the internal FinTech sales profile.

• Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, business leaders, and key stakeholders.
• Drive revenue growth through account expansion, cross-selling, and new business development.
• Own account strategy, forecasting, profitability, and customer success.
• Identify opportunities in Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data & Analytics, AI/GenAI, and Managed Services.
• Lead executive business reviews, governance meetings, and strategic planning sessions.
• Collaborate with delivery, solutioning, recruiting, and leadership teams to ensure successful execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations and issue resolution.
• Negotiate contracts, renewals, and commercial agreements.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth.
• Leverage deep Financial Services domain expertise to provide consultative solutions.
• Deliver against revenue, margin, account growth, and client satisfaction targets.
