About the Role:

• We are a fast-growing AI startup with a portfolio of AI-powered products and enterprise technology solutions, complemented by IT consulting and digital engineering capabilities.
• We are seeking an entrepreneurial and results-driven Client Partner Enterprise AI & Technology to drive growth across both our IT Consulting Services and AI Product portfolio.
• This is a revenue-focused role responsible for building executive relationships, creating new opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and taking deals from initial discovery through closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new enterprise customers and expand existing accounts.
• Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, VPs, and other senior technology and business executives.
• Generate and manage a strong pipeline across IT Consulting, Digital Engineering, AI, and AI Products.
• Identify client business challenges and position the right combination of consulting services and AI solutions.
• Lead enterprise sales cycles from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Introduce and commercialize AI products including Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI Agents, automation, computer vision, copilots, and industry-specific AI solutions.
• Drive AI pilots/POCs and convert successful engagements into production and enterprise-wide deployments.
• Partner with technical and product teams to develop proposals, solution approaches, SOWs, and business cases.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Develop strategic partnerships and ecosystem relationships to accelerate growth.
• Provide market and customer insights to leadership and product teams to strengthen the companys AI go-to-market strategy**.**

Required Qualifications

• 1–8+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, consulting, client partnering, or business development.
• Proven track record of generating and closing enterprise technology deals.
• Experience selling IT consulting, digital transformation, SaaS, AI/ML, or technology solutions.
• Strong network and relationships with enterprise technology and business decision-makers.
• Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand emerging AI technologies and translate them into business value and ROI.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred

• Experience selling Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI Agents, automation, or enterprise AI platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce, Cloud, Data & Analytics, Digital Engineering, or Application Modernization.
• Existing relationships with Fortune 500 / Global 2000 organizations.
• Experience taking AI products from POC to production.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth technology company.
