Client Principal - Technology Practitioner - Private Sector

RiverSafe is looking for a Client Principal to lead the growth of our private sector practice. This is a credibility-led, client facing role for an established trusted advisor to CISOs and senior technology leaders. You will turn existing relationships into commissioned consulting work, while our specialists deliver the technical engagements. The role is based in London on a hybrid basis, with an active presence on client sites expected.

Key responsibilities:

• Open new relationships across private sector organisations, drawing on your existing network and reputation
• Hold credible conversations with CISOs and technology leaders to identify genuine problems and shape initial engagements
• Build and own a pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Grow client relationships and expand engagements through long-term stakeholder partnerships and meaningful outcomes
• Represent RiverSafe at industry events and in front of client leadership
• Work with our sales, marketing and partnerships teams to develop content, assets and events for our target market

What we're looking for:

• A background in technology, security, consulting or programme delivery
• A genuine understanding of the challenges facing CISOs, CIOs and senior technology leaders
• An established network and reputation among security and technology leaders
• A track record of turning relationships into real, commissioned work, not just influence
• A clear understanding of how private sector organisations buy
• Demonstrable success growing client relationships and expanding engagements through delivery
