Client Registration Executive

• Handle new client registration and onboarding activities.
• Collect and verify client documents such as PAN, GST, company registration, address proof, and bank details, as applicable.
• Create and maintain client master data in ERP/CRM systems.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Commercial, Legal, and other departments for client approval.
• Ensure client information is accurate, complete, and updated.
• Follow up with clients for missing or expired documents.
• Maintain proper records of client registration and supporting documents.
• Support KYC and compliance requirements as per company policies.
• Prepare client registration reports and track pending approvals.
• Resolve client registration and documentation-related queries.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong documentation and attention-to-detail skills.
• Basic knowledge of GST, PAN, KYC, and customer documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple registrations and follow-ups.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
