Designation: Instagram Client Relations Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle Instagram enquiries, messages, comments, and client interactions professionally.
• Convert Instagram leads into potential customers through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through social media platforms.
• Respond promptly to client queries and provide accurate information about services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support.
• Track enquiries, follow-ups, and conversion status.
• Assist in increasing engagement and generating quality leads through Instagram.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory).
• Strong client handling and sales conversion skills.
• Good knowledge of Instagram Business features and social media communication.
• Confident, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to work on a flexible schedule based on business requirements.
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing will be an added advantage.

Salary: Best in Industry
Location: Kochi
Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
