Client Relations Associate

Great careers are built one conversation at a time. We're hiring a full-time Client Relations Associate in Kansas City for individuals who enjoy building professional relationships, solving problems, and developing valuable sales skills.

As a Client Relations Associate, you'll represent nationally recognized client campaigns, meet with organizations throughout the local area, and help clients explore solutions that support their goals. Every Client Relations Associate receives hands-on coaching while building communication, relationship management, and professional sales experience in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do as a Client Relations Associate

• Meet directly with clients to introduce available programs and services through professional sales conversations.
• Learn what each client is looking for and recommend solutions that best fit their goals.
• Guide clients through the sales process with confidence, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Build lasting relationships by providing outstanding service and consistent follow-up.
• Contribute to daily sales goals while working closely with teammates.
• Continue developing communication and professional sales skills as a Client Relations Associate through ongoing coaching.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a professional, people-focused sales environment.
• Customer service, hospitality, retail, business development, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Coachable, dependable, and motivated to grow.
• Interested in building a long-term career as a Client Relations Associate while strengthening professional sales experience.
