Client Relations Associate

Cove Street Services is currently hiring a Client Relations Associate to join our growing wireless sales team in the Salem area. This full-time opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, building relationships, and helping people find the right wireless solutions for their needs.

As a Client Relations Associate, you will work face-to-face with customers, assist with wireless account setup, explain wireless service options, and provide ongoing customer support throughout the wireless sales process. We are looking for motivated individuals who are ready to grow in a customer-focused, performance-driven environment.

Client Relations Associate Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to explain wireless services, plans, pricing, and promotions
• Assist customers with wireless account setup, upgrades, activations, and service changes
• Help customers choose wireless solutions that fit their needs, budget, and lifestyle
• Deliver a positive and professional customer experience during every interaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, wireless sales activity, and account updates
• Support daily and weekly sales goals while maintaining strong customer relationships
• Answer customer questions and provide ongoing wireless service support
• Represent our company with professionalism, confidence, and strong communication

Pay: $53,270.49 - $64,153.71 per year
