Client Relations Associate

The Client Relations Associate focuses on maintaining and strengthening client relationships by acting as a primary point of contact to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction. They are the frontline representatives who directly interact with customers, building and maintaining positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serves as liaison between CEM and all clients overseeing client inquiries, complaints and requests via phone, e-mail and chat to deliver detailed information on products and services.
• Helps in lead generation and upholds client relationships while ensuring regular communication and follow-up.
• Monitors customer queries, identifies effective solutions to address concerns, and promptly escalates issues to the relevant stakeholders.
• Tracks recurring customer issues, evaluates service quality, and gauges customer satisfaction using defined service metrics to propose enhanced strategies to the relevant departments for further improvements. Guides and assists walk-in clients and visitors by providing direction and support with their inquiries and needs.

Qualifications:

• Preferably with 2-3 years of experience in customer service, escalation handling, or dispute resolution.
• Atleast 2 years in experience in customer-facing role.
• Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics or related field.

Working Arrangement: Onsite

Pay: Php24,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
