Client Relations Coordinator

We are looking for a professional, organized, and proactive Client Relations Coordinator to serve as a primary point of contact between our company and our clients throughout their construction projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and follow-up skills, be comfortable working with different clients, and be able to stay on top of open items without constant reminders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout their projects
• Provide project updates and respond to routine client questions
• Follow up with clients on approvals, selections, documents, payments, and other pending items
• Coordinate communication between clients, Project Managers, designers, and other team members
• Schedule meetings, calls, and jobsite visits as needed
• Track client requests and proactively follow up on open items
• Escalate technical, pricing, contractual, or construction-related questions to the Project Manager
• Maintain professional and positive relationships with clients

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional, friendly, and patient when communicating with clients
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
• Strong follow-up skills
• Proactive and able to take initiative
• Able to handle multiple clients and projects at the same time
• Comfortable communicating by phone, text, and email
• Basic computer skills
• Willing to learn construction processes and terminology
• Customer service, client relations, or construction experience is a plus, but not required
• Reliable transportation for occasional jobsite visits

We are looking for someone who can communicate professionally, take ownership of client follow-ups, stay organized, and help ensure our clients feel informed and supported throughout their projects.

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
