Our Client Relations Coordinator is at the center of that experience. You’ll be the first smile our clients see, the friendly voice on the phone, and the person who makes our Camelback office feel like a place people want to come back to.

This isn’t just an administrative role. It’s a chance to build real relationships, support a fast-growing advisory team, and help bring warmth and humanity to an industry that too often feels cold.

Compensation: $60,000 – $80,000 + benefits package

What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients with genuine warmth and professionalism, both in person and over the phone.
• Keep our advisors on track by managing calendars, appointments, and client follow-ups.
• Make sure our office always feels welcoming, from the lobby to the conference rooms.
• Support client events, educational workshops, team meetings, and community initiatives.
• Help coordinate appointment flow from our radio show and media presence.
• Anticipate needs, solve problems, and keep each day running smoothly.
