We are a rapidly growing Swiss beauty group with 40 years of experience in operating beauty and wellness centers in Hong Kong. Beyond the ordinary - aesthetics, light therapies, facials, and body massages, we proudly introduce SNO Swiss Organic, our luxurious skincare brand from Switzerland. Alongside our renowned Joy Beauty School, a licensed beauty institute that has been shaping aspiring beauticians and therapists for 27 years in Canada, we have now integrated Chinese medicine into our health and wellness ecosystem.

Role Description

Are you a people person with a passion for client engagement? We are looking for a dedicated Client Relations expert to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, bookings, and maintaining client files with care and professionalism. You will also update our social media channels, prepare reports, and manage system updates. With at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and help us maintain strong relationships with our clientele.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of working experience (customer service in education a strong bonus)
• Familiarity with social media platforms
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and MS Office
• Minimum education: University
• Good proficiency in English and Chinese

Candidates with more experience may be considered for senior positions with additional benefits.
