About the Role

We are looking for a Client Relations Support person to join our Client Success team. You will be the main point of contact for our existing clients. Your role is to keep things running smoothly, so clients always know what is happening and what comes next. This is a support role for clients who already work with us. No cold calling, and no sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Walk clients through local processes and government requirements in clear, everyday language (we will train you fully)
• Keep the filing calendar on track so clients stay ahead of deadlines
• Be a steady, friendly point of contact so clients feel supported over the long term
• Help communication flow between clients and government authorities

What we're looking for

• Degree in any field (English degree holders have an advantage.)
• A minimum of 3 years of customer service or relationship management experience.
• A quick learner who can pick up the details fast.
• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Someone calm, organized, and easy to talk to.
