Client Relations Executive

Our client is looking for a Client Relations Executive to manage and build relationships with clients within the Banking & Financial Services sector.

You will be responsible for handling client enquiries, understanding their needs, coordinating with internal teams and ensuring a positive client experience. No prior experience is required, and training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication and enquiries from assigned clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide timely solutions.
• Support client onboarding and ongoing account management.
• Follow up on client requests and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
• Prepare reports and updates on client accounts and activities.
• Gather client feedback and support service improvement initiatives.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations where required.
• Assist with other client-related activities as required.

Requirements

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Experience in client relations, customer service, account management or a similar role will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a client-facing role.
• Knowledge of banking or financial services will be an advantage.
