Client Relations Executive — Receptionist (Female)

Yaseen Medical & Diagnostic Centre (YMDC), a multi-specialty clinic on MA Jinnah Road, Karachi, is hiring a sales-driven CSR to help grow our patient base. This is not a passive front-desk role — we need someone who can actively drive appointments and revenue, not just manage the counter.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for someone genuinely active in sales — comfortable cold calling, converting inquiries into booked appointments, and pushing patient volume up. If you're someone who waits for patients to walk in rather than going after them, this isn't the right fit.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cold calling prospective and past patients to book appointments

• Converting inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins) into confirmed bookings

• Appointment scheduling and follow-up

• Front desk management and patient coordination

• Billing and payment collection

• General CSR duties — full ownership of the patient experience from first contact to checkout

COMPENSATION

• Base Salary: PKR 30,000/month

• Performance Bonus: Once centre-wide monthly revenue crosses PKR 1,200,000, you earn PKR 10,000 bonus for every additional PKR 100,000 (1 lac) earned beyond that threshold — uncapped, tied directly to how well you help grow the centre

TIMING

Two Shifts (Decided after interview)

Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Monday–Saturday, 3:30 PM – 10:00 PM (until centre close)

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or patient/customer conversion (healthcare experience a plus, not required)

• Confident on the phone — genuinely comfortable cold calling

• Target-driven and motivated by performance-based earning, not just a fixed salary

• Strong follow-up discipline and organizational skills

• Based in or able to commute to MA Jinnah Road, Karachi
