Job Title: Studio Manager / Client Relations Coordinator

About the Role: We are a fast-growing interior design firm based in Kolkata . As the solo founder, I am currently managing both the creative execution and the business operations. We are looking for our first crucial team member—a highly organized, proactive Studio Manager to take ownership of client relations and daily operations so I can focus on design. This is not a rigid corporate role; it is a dynamic position where you will help build the foundation of a growing studio.

What You Will Do:

• Lead Management: Be the first point of contact for new inquiries across phone, WhatsApp, and Instagram. Qualify leads and smoothly transition them into booked consultation calls.
• Client Communication: Act as the primary bridge between the firm and our clients, keeping them updated on project timelines and answering everyday queries.
• Operations & Scheduling: Manage the firm's calendar, schedule site visits, and coordinate meetings.
• Admin Support: Draft and send out proposals, follow up on payments, and organize project files.

What We Are Looking For:

Flawless written and spoken English is strictly required for this role, as you will be the primary point of contact for high-ticket clients.

• Exceptional Communicator: You are confident, polite, and know how to manage client expectations while delivering a great experience.
• Natural Multitasker: You stay calm under pressure and can logically prioritize a client call, a vendor delay, and scheduling without getting overwhelmed.
• "Figure-It-Out" Attitude: You are highly resourceful. If you don’t know how to do something, your first instinct is to find a solution independently before asking for help.
• Industry Interest: A background in interior design or architecture is a bonus, but a genuine interest in the field and strong operational skills are mandatory.
