What they need
Eventoria Events & Concepts is looking for a Client Relations Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi (office-based).
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment - ideally with experience in events, agencies, or similar industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring strong, long-term relationships
Manage client communications from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up
Coordinate with internal teams & project team to ensure client expectations are met
Track client satisfaction and address concerns quickly to protect account retention
Be part of the pitch process, communicating with clients on proposals and presentations alongside the team
Act as the escalation point for client issues, ensuring timely resolution
Requirements:
Proven experience in client relations or account management, ideally in events or agency environments
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Fluent in Arabic and English
Available to start immediately
Pay: From AED15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
