Client Relations Manager

Restoring Lives Counseling Services is looking for a Client Relations Manager who can help create a supportive, professional, and positive experience for clients throughout their care journey.

People seeking counseling services often need guidance, communication, and a team they can trust. The Client Relations Manager will help strengthen client relationships, improve communication, and support a smooth experience from initial contact through ongoing services.

What you'll be responsible for

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and families
• Serve as a point of contact for client questions, concerns, and service needs
• Support communication between clients, counselors, and administrative teams
• Help ensure clients receive timely responses and follow-up
• Assist with client engagement and retention efforts
• Track client requests, feedback, and relationship activities
• Help identify opportunities to improve the client experience
• Coordinate with internal teams to support client needs
• Maintain accurate client information and service records
• Support scheduling, communication, and service coordination processes
• Help address concerns professionally and with compassion
• Assist with improving client service procedures and workflows

What we're looking for

• Experience in client relations, healthcare services, counseling, social services, customer success, or a related field
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Compassionate and professional approach when working with clients
• Ability to handle sensitive conversations with care and discretion
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through
• Comfortable using scheduling, client-management, or healthcare software
• Mental health or counseling experience is helpful, but not required

You don't have to come from a counseling practice.

Someone who has managed client relationships in healthcare, nonprofit organizations, social services, professional offices, or other client-focused environments may already have many of the skills needed for this role.

We're looking for someone who understands that strong client relationships are built through trust, communication, consistency, and genuine support.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
