Client Relations Manager

We are looking for an experienced and confident Client Relations Manager to manage and maintain strong relationships with our international clients, particularly clients based in the United States.

The ideal candidate should have excellent and Fluent English communication skills, a strong American/US accent, and proven experience handling international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication with international clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Understand client requirements and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Handle client queries, concerns, and requests professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain regular communication and provide clients with updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention.
• Represent the company professionally when communicating with international clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in international client handling.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong US/American accent and confidence communicating with US clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up abilities.
• Professional attitude and client-focused mindset.
• Willingness to work 09:00 PM – 06:00 AM.
• Candidates comfortable with an onsite role are required.
