Client Relations Officer

As a Client Relations Officer (Front Desk/Concierge), you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional patient experience by:

• Welcoming and assisting patients, clients, companions, and visitors
• Handling patient registration, verification, and front-desk documentation
• Assisting with appointments, inquiries, clinic services, and procedures
• Providing accurate information on diagnostic services, schedules, and requirements
• Managing patient queues and coordinating with different clinic units
• Assisting with billing, payments, receipts, and other front-desk transactions
• Handling calls, messages, and client inquiries through approved channels
• Maintaining an organized, clean, and professional reception area
• Safeguarding patient privacy and confidential information
• Escalating complaints and service concerns to the appropriate supervisor
• Performing other client-service and front-desk duties as assigned

Ideal Candidate:

Preferably a college graduate in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

Ability to follow procedures
Basic knowledge of clinic services and workflow

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
