Client Relations Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Assist clients with inquiries, requests, appointments, and service concerns.
• Handle client complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and other departments to address client needs.
• Monitor client feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
• Follow up with clients regarding services, quotations, appointments, and after-sales concerns.
• Maintain accurate client records and communication history.
• Assist in preparing reports related to client concerns, feedback, and satisfaction.
• Support client retention and relationship-building activities.
• Represent the company professionally and ensure a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in client relations, customer service, sales, account management, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Professional, approachable, and client-oriented.
• Organized and able to manage multiple clients and concerns simultaneously.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Experience in the automotive, luxury, retail, or service industry is an advantage.
