Job Mandate The Client Relations Officer (CRO) / Client Relations Associate (CRA) holds a critical role in transforming clients’ behavior from traditional banking practices to digital banking solutions. Acting as a catalyst for change, alongside the Branch Manager (BM), the CRO/CRA is responsible for driving the branch’s digital adoption through consistent evaluation of digital adoption metrics, development of effective strategies, and implementation of actionable improvement plans to ensure ongoing progress towards achievement of the digital adoption objectives. Additionally, this role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience, managing lobby operations efficiently, and ensuring compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

• Perform all other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time to support branch operations and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Graduate of any Business Course
• With at least three (3) years’ experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank
• Has excellent banking operations’ knowledge
