Client Relations Officer / Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client inquiries, appointments, and communication related to laboratory services

• Coordinate between clients, laboratory teams, and clinicians to ensure smooth workflow

• Handle client concerns, complaints, and follow-ups in coordination with Quality

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or related field

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational ability

Preferred Experience (Minimum required experience):

• 2–4 years of experience in healthcare, laboratory, or client relations environment
