This position combines customer communication, relationship development, and insurance sales support in a collaborative office environment.

If you have experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or simply enjoy working with people, this could be an excellent opportunity to develop new professional skills.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with customer outreach and follow-up communication.
• Respond to general inquiries regarding health and life insurance services.
• Support authorized insurance representatives throughout the sales process.
• Help customers understand general information about available insurance products.
• Maintain organized customer records and account information.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal team members.
• Participate in customer relations, product knowledge, and sales training.

• Excellent organizational skills.
• Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required.
