Nationwide Court Services, Inc., an established leader in the legal services industry, is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic individual to help us strengthen relationships with our existing clients and reconnect with those we haven't heard from in a while.

No sales or telemarketing experience required! We believe a great personality, positive attitude, and the ability to connect with people are more important than an impressive resume.

What You'll Do

• Reach out to existing clients to see how they're doing and ask about their experiences with our company.
• Build friendly, lasting relationships that encourage continued business.
• Reconnect with former and inactive clients to learn how we can earn their business again.
• Listen to feedback, identify concerns, and share opportunities for improvement with management.
• Introduce clients to additional services that may benefit them.
• Follow up with clients and make them feel genuinely valued and appreciated.
