TEAM POSITION: CLIENT RELATIONS REPRESENTATIVE (PART-TIME, 15–20 HRS/WEEK)OUR STORY

THE ROLE

As a Client Relations Representative, you're the first and last impression of Tone House. You'll create an energetic, welcoming environment while helping athletes discover the training, memberships, and products that best support their goals.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome every athlete and guest with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from check-in to check-out.
• Actively generate and close sales of Rookie Passes, memberships, class packages, and retail products while delivering an exceptional athlete experience.
• Meet or exceed individual sales, conversion, and revenue goals.
• Follow up with leads and trial athletes through phone calls, text messages, email, and CRM outreach.
• Educate prospective athletes on our training philosophy and confidently recommend the best membership or package for their goals.
• Process memberships, retail purchases, scheduling, and POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and reception area.
• Support daily studio operations and collaborate with coaches and leadership.
• Stay knowledgeable on all programs, pricing, promotions, and events.
• Represent the Tone House culture with energy, professionalism, and a team-first attitude.
