Client Relations Representative for Automotive Services

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met while fostering a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive services and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their automotive service needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding vehicle maintenance, repair services, and product offerings.
• Utilize automotive diagnostics knowledge to help troubleshoot customer issues effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
• Collaborate with service technicians and mechanics to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Provide support in service writing and auto estimating for customers.
• Educate customers on the importance of regular vehicle maintenance and available services such as air brake checks and tire services.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions or concerns.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of automotive repair processes, including vehicle maintenance and diagnostics.
• Familiarity with service writing, auto estimating, and various automotive services is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of air brake systems and tire service practices is a plus.
