Client Relations Specialist

We are looking for talented and passionate people who love working with people. The Client Relations Specialist is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm MT (additional hours possible). Virtual/Remote with monthly in-office meetings. PTO and holiday benefits included.

Responsibilities:

o Answering incoming calls and assisting prospects and clients professionally and with clear direction and positivity.

o Assist client with their introduction to Indexed Universal Life insurance and/or training and education for financial professionals via phone, email and SMS.

o Includes scheduling appointments, live transfer calls to a Specialist, registering client for an upcoming online event, and other options as provided by the marketing team.

o Follow up with potential clients to schedule appointments

o Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments

o Maintaining data integrity of CRM

o Work with marketing team on prospecting efforts

o Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Client Relations Teams

o Work experience with CRM systems

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
