Client Relations Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Relations Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in addressing inquiries, scheduling their pets, and following up on their care.
• Provide high-quality customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and securely when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions
• Uphold professional phone etiquette while communicating with clients.
• Collaborate with the entire Bradford Veterinary Clinic team to advocate for patients and ensure we are offering the best care. This includes communicating refill requests, addressing urgent call questions with Dr. Tullar, and sharing client feedback with the Practice Owner / Practice Manager.

Experience

• Previous experience in client services or customer service roles is preferred.
• Excellent typing skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining accurate records.
• Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions responsibly.
