What they need

Do you love talking with people and building genuine relationships? Are you the type of person others naturally open up to because you listen well and make them feel comfortable?

Carolina Estate Planning is seeking an outgoing and personable Client Liaison who enjoys connecting with clients and ensuring they have an exceptional experience with our firm. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, helping them feel informed, supported, and cared for throughout their relationship with our team.

The ideal candidate enjoys meaningful conversations, is an active listener, and takes pride in delivering outstanding client service. Much of your day will involve speaking with clients, checking in on their experience, and helping coordinate solutions when questions or concerns arise. At the same time, you will follow clear policies, procedures, and systems to keep client information organized and ensure a smooth experience.

If you enjoy building trust with people, staying organized, and making a positive impact on clients’ lives, this role can be both rewarding and energizing.

Benefits include paid holidays, paid time off, health insurance coverage, dental and vision insurance, and the option to participate in our retirement savings plan with employer match. We pay 100% of the premiums for medical, dental, and vision benefits.

This is a work-from-home position with the occasional need to report to the office to assist with client meetings.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will spend your days building relationships and supporting clients. You will:

  • Connect with new clients after their initial meeting to introduce yourself and schedule their welcome session.
  • Host welcome meetings that help clients understand how to work with our firm and how to use client tools.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through regular check-ins and conversations.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients who have questions, concerns, or feedback.
  • Listen carefully and respond thoughtfully when clients need assistance or express concerns.
  • Coordinate with the appropriate team members to help resolve client issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our systems.
  • Collect client feedback through surveys and conversations so we can continually improve our service.
  • Encourage satisfied clients to share their experience through online reviews.
  • Maintain relationships with past clients through outreach calls and follow-up conversations.
  • Communicate regularly with the team to ensure every client receives excellent service.

Qualifications

You may be a great fit for this role if you:

  • Love talking with people and building relationships over the phone.
  • Are naturally outgoing, personable, and professional.
  • Are an excellent listener who makes people feel heard and understood.
  • Have strong empathy and enjoy helping others solve problems.
  • Are highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Are comfortable following established policies, procedures, and workflows.
  • Have experience in customer service, client relations, hospitality, medical offices, or another people-focused role.
  • Are comfortable using technology, including CRM or case management systems.
  • Have education and/or work experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree.

People who thrive in this role typically enjoy talking with people throughout the day, building trust with clients, and helping others feel supported. Candidates who prefer minimal phone interaction or limited client communication may not enjoy this position.
