Client Relations Specialist

Your Path Family Law, PLLC is seeking a results-driven Client Relations Specialist to serve as the firm's primary point of contact for prospective clients. This is a full-time, hybrid, non-attorney role for someone who is comfortable educating prospective clients on the firm's services, confidently converting leads into scheduled consultations and engagements, and managing the details once a client is ready to move forward. You'll lead informational sessions that walk prospective clients through how the firm can help, then guide that interest toward the right next step. Once a client is ready to move forward, you'll own the engagement paperwork end-to-end and make sure the assigned attorney has everything they need to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

• Answer and return all inbound and outbound client calls promptly and professionally, meeting firm standards for on-time response
• Conduct outbound calls to leads provided by the firm; no cold prospecting required,  and qualify them for next steps
• Lead informational sessions with prospective clients, clearly explaining the firm's services and how the firm can help
• Convert prospective client interest into either a consultation with an attorney or a direct engagement of the firm's services
• Own the new client engagement paperwork from start to finish, ensuring the assigned attorney has signed documents, intake details, and case context before work begins
• Manage and track the lead and client pipeline in the firm's CRM, ensuring accurate reporting and timely follow-up
• Conduct periodic check-ins with existing clients to assess satisfaction and identify unmet needs

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales or a consultative, client-facing role; proven ability to convert leads into scheduled consultations and engagements
• Experience in legal, professional services, or B2B sales strongly preferred
• Comfortable presenting to and engaging prospective clients, one-on-one or in group info sessions
• Strong phone presence, with the discipline to make and return calls on time, every time
• Highly organized, with the follow-through to manage engagement paperwork accurately and without delay
• Self-motivated, with strong relationship-building skills and experience managing pipelines and CRM systems
