Client Relations Specialist

Our company is looking for a Client Relations Specialist who can deliver excellent customer service, manage complex client concerns, coordinate with internal teams and suppliers, and ensure timely and effective resolution while maintaining strong client relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience with evidence of excellent service performance.
• Exceptional written and spoken English, empathy, de-escalation and problem-solving skills.
• Travel, airline, luxury hospitality or premium customer care experience preferred; CRM proficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own complex client cases from intake through documented resolution and follow-up.
• Explain verified itineraries, documents, luggage allowances, inclusions, exclusions and policies.
• Coordinate with Visa, Booking, Finance and suppliers for timely and accurate resolutions.
• Handle escalations and service recovery with empathy, composure and sound judgment.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to customer-service protocols.
