Client Relations Specialist (30 or 40 Hours/Week | Dallas Office)

Taylor Counseling Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Relations Specialist to join our team. This position plays a vital role in supporting our counselors and ensuring a seamless experience for both new and returning clients.

This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a private practice setting while learning the operational and administrative side of mental health services. Graduate students in Counseling or Psychology programs are strongly preferred , as this position offers valuable exposure to the inner workings of a growing clinical practice while directly supporting client care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments for new and returning clients
• Respond to billing inquiries and client questions in a timely, professional manner
• Provide administrative and operational support to counselors and leadership
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Deliver high-quality customer service that reflects our standard of care

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently enrolled in a Counseling or Psychology graduate program (preferred)
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Professional phone presence and excellent written communication
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-centered environment
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
• Interest in learning the inner workings of a growing private clinical practice

Schedule & Work Expectations:

• 30 or 40 hours per week
• Must be available to work some evening hours during the week.
• Scheduling options are available Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM .

Compensation:

• $15/hour
