Due to continued business growth, they are looking for a Client Relationship & Business Development Assistant to support client engagement, relationship management, and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management of relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients
• Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities
• Prepare proposals, presentation materials, and client communications
• Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities
• Track sales pipelines, leads, and business development activities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support client projects and initiatives
• Assist in organizing networking events and client engagement activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline
• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, client services, recruitment, hospitality, marketing, sales support, or other client-facing functions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools
