Client Relationship & Business Development Manager | Construction

About the role

OneStaff Christchurch is seeking a commercially driven professional to develop new business, strengthen client partnerships, and partner with some of Canterbury's leading construction companies to help them secure the workforce they need to succeed.

Whether your background is in construction, sales, account management, labour hire, or project delivery, you'll bring industry knowledge, strong networks, and a passion for building long-term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Grow and develop a portfolio of construction clients
• Win new business across the Canterbury market
• Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers
• Deliver tailored workforce solutions that add real value
• Partner with a dedicated recruitment specialist to achieve outstanding results

• Strong construction industry experience
• Proven success in business development, sales, or account management
