About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Client Relationship & Business Interview Executive who enjoys communicating with people and building long-term relationships.

Your primary responsibility is to conduct engaging interviews with business owners and professionals, coordinate the content production process, maintain excellent client relationships, and ensure every client has an outstanding experience with Malayzn Beat.

You will also identify opportunities to introduce additional Malayzn Beat services whenever appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule online and physical interviews with business owners and professionals.
• Conduct professional interviews for publication on Malayzn Beat.
• Research interviewees and prepare interview questions.
• Coordinate with writers, editors, photographers, videographers, and designers.
• Ensure smooth delivery of articles and media content.
• Build strong relationships with clients throughout the publishing process.
• Follow up with clients after publication.
• Collect testimonials and referrals.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional branding, marketing, software, or automation solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and client communications.
• Work closely with the editorial, marketing, and sales teams.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Conduct 80 business interviews per month
• Maintain 90% client satisfaction
• Achieve client retention targets
• Generate client referrals
• Upsell additional Malayzn Beat services where appropriate
• Ensure timely coordination and publication of assigned interviews

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and professionals.
• Strong interviewing, listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Confident conducting meetings via Google Meet and face-to-face.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Professional spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience in customer service, client relationship management, media, PR, marketing, hospitality, or sales is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
