Client Relationship and Service Associate

TalentWealth Recruiting , a boutique financial services recruiting firm, is recruiting for an exciting opportunity. An independent RIA based in Friendswood, TX is is seeking two Client Relationship and Service Associates to join its team. Each associate will combine client relationship support, account administration, and advisor assistance with shared front desk responsibilities. The two associates will split time at the front desk and coordinate coverage to ensure clients and visitors receive a welcoming, professional experience throughout the day. This firm is interested in finding someone that can be successful in this role but also grow into positions with more responsibility in the future.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Split time at front desk
• Greeting Walk-ins & Answering Phone
• Confirming appointments
• Scheduling appointments
• Deposit checks
• Meeting prep
• Executive Summaries
• Alerts
• Outside statements
• Calendar management
• Schedule Money Movements
• Update Monday meeting notes
• Notary

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher

Prefer at least 2 years of experience in wealth management support but will also consider candidates with strong receptionist, administrative assistant, or client service experience in a professional setting

Notary preferred, or ability to obtain
