Client Relationship Assistant

About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Relationship Assistant to support our family office service to HNW clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about client service, financial solutions, and building long-term relationships in a dynamic family office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist director in managing client portfolios and daily servicing needs
• Prepare service related documentation and business proposals
• Coordinate with internal and external departments to ensure smooth execution of service
• Conduct market research and prepare briefing materials for client meetings
• Provide timely responses to client inquiries and support relationship building

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in banking or financial services preferred， Fresh graduates are also welcome
• Strong communication skills in Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) and English
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office
