Client Relationship Associate

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for helping people sole problems? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment? High Court Enforcement Group is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Client Relationship Associate to join our Client Services Team.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential and existing clients, guiding them through our enforcement services with professionalism and clarity. You’ll receive comprehensive training and the opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification as you develop in your career.

What You’ll Be Doing:

This is a varied role involving both proactive outreach and reactive support. Your key responsibilities will include:

· Acting as the first point of contact on our client phone line, providing expert guidance on our services

· Communicating with clients via email and phone to resolve queries and manage ongoing cases

· Preparing detailed reports using our bespoke case management system and Microsoft Office tools

· Researching potential clients and assisting with lead generation and allocation

· Supporting our remote Client Services team and managing relationships with some of our key clients

· Attending virtual client meetings (with the potential for occasional travel)

· Keeping up-to-date with industry knowledge and best practices

You'll also have the exciting opportunity to build and manage your own portfolio of clients, helping to shape the future of our business development strategy.
