Client Relationship Coordinator

Job Role:

• Manage daily client communication across email, phone and WhatsApp
• Maintain a zero-inbox approach, with every message handled the same day
• Help clients with deadlines, fees, documents and job progress
• Follow up on outstanding records and documents
• Pass technical questions to the right accountant
• Keep the CRM accurate and up to date

What we're looking for

• 2+ years in a fast-paced, client-facing role serving UK or US clients
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong attention to detail
• Confidence with AI tools and software
• A positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative team player

Office hours: 1:00pm–9:30pm ( on-site ) , Monday to Friday

Full-time | Market-competitive salary
