Client Relationship Coordinator

We have partnered with a client within the Financial Services industry on their search for a Client Relationship Coordinator with proven exposure to financial planning, investment services, and/or insurance products. This role consists of providing excellent customer engagement by drafting client correspondence and documentation, preparing meetings, entering data into the company’s CRM system, collecting client payments, and coordinating with outside vendors as needed. The ideal Client Service Coordinator will also develop business plans to assist in goal setting, present product knowledge to prospective clients, negotiate agreements, and resolve all client inquiries.

• Coordinate client interactions, manage appointments, and help ensure a seamless and professional client experience.
• Provide administrative and operational support to professionals responsible for maintaining ongoing client relationships.
• Maintain accurate client records, update CRM databases, and track follow-up activities to ensure timely communication.
• Assist with scheduling, correspondence, documentation, and other tasks that support client engagement and retention.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve service delivery through technology and automation.
• Embrace new software platforms and AI tools to enhance productivity, organization, and client service.
• Handle sensitive client information with discretion while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs, resolve service-related issues, and support overall business objectives.

The ideal Client Relationship Coordinator will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration.

Other requirements for the Client Relationship Coordinator role include and are not limited to:

·      5+ years of customer support/account management within financial services

·      Series 7, Series 66, or insurance licenses highly preferred

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

·      Familiarity with CRM platforms and client relationship management practices

·      Strong written and verbal communication skills

·      Ability to build positive working relationships and handle confidential information appropriately
