Client Relationship Executive & Content Writer

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their goals and requirements.

Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, marketing) to ensure timely delivery of client requests.

Handle client queries, share progress updates, and gather feedback.

Build long-term relationships by providing exceptional service and support.

Maintain documentation of meetings, feedback, and action plans.

Write engaging and professional content for emails, social media, blogs, presentations, and client decks.

Assist in preparing pitch documents, campaign proposals, and brand communications.

Understand client tone and voice and align content accordingly.

Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and brand consistency.

Stay updated with content trends and best practices.
