Job Description

We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer interactions, handle enquiries, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and customer follow-ups.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer service.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide timely assistance.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
• Support sales and business development activities as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, telesales, client handling, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.

Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
