CLIENT RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE

Client Relationship Management:

· Maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.
· Understand client requirements and coordinate with relevant internal teams.
· Handle routine client queries and ensure timely follow-up.
· Maintain records of client communication, requirements, and pending activities.
· Follow up with clients for documents, information, and approvals.
· Support client onboarding and ongoing relationship activities.

Coordination & Service Support:

· Coordinate with accounts, compliance, sales, IT, and other teams as required.
· Track client assignments, deliverables, timelines, and pending requirements.
· Prepare client-related reports, presentations, and documentation.
· Assist in resolving client issues by coordinating with appropriate departments.
· Ensure professional and timely communication with clients.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
