What they need
- Handle client enquiries by phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person
- Explain our services and guide clients through their next steps
- Coordinate with our corporate and finance teams to keep client work moving
- Maintain client records and follow up on open requests
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong spoken and written English, with a professional phone manner
- Comfortable meeting clients face to face
- Working knowledge of MS Office and general office administration
- Fresh graduates welcome — full orientation and training provided
- Experienced candidates welcome
- Female candidates preferred
